Flow is working with a leading law firm who are hiring an IT Analyst to be based in the UAE.

To be successful you will need to meet the following criteria:

• In-depth knowledge of hardware devices and software systems.
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience preferably within the banking industry.
• Proven experience in service management tools, enterprise deployment technologies, and encryption systems
• Experience in Device administration in SCCM2/MDM/Active Directory/Mitel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expert in diagnostics, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to travel as required.
